These guys work miracles. Dropped my phone on a night out with the lads , screen took a battering. Dropped my phone into HAD-IT and they had my phone sorted in a matter of hours. Been quoted some ridculous prices , but these guys were very reasonable. Can highly recommend.

I cracked the screen on my 2 yr old iPad, much to my annoyance ... took it to Had-It just after lunch and collected it before 3p.m. ..... cracking job at a very reasonable price ... I’m really pleased, my alternate was 4 times the cost with an apple repair and likely taking days to do. I recommend anyone with similar problems to check these people out, you won’t regret it.

Absolutely brilliant, can't speak speak highly enough of them. Took my Huawei tablet to another company who kept it 3 months and gave it back to me and said they couldn't fix it and never rang me. The guys at HAD-IT were super friendly and helpful. They rang me at every stage of the repair and had it assessed and fixed in a matter days. Excellent service.

El chico me atendió muy amablemente, ya que a pesar de que no entendía muy bien lo que me decía porque no hablo inglés muy bien, me ayudó en todo lo que necesité. We took our Imac in to Andy to repair the hard drive, the service we received was second to none! Andy went the extra mile and recovered all our data which other companies weren't willing to do! Can't fault the service and customer experience and I will certainly use HAD-IT again for any Mac or Phone repairs!

Brilliant Service from Front desk to Technical Support and Repair

Great customer experience from top to bottom. Very, very well trained staff who manage to combine great customer service with speedy, efficient and quality repairs and support. I know a number of people who have taken phones to "mates" or "a bloke that fixes phones n stuff" and have ended up well out of pocket and often without a working phone at all. My advice...don't waste your time or money. Take it to proper people who know what they're doing and do it quickly. I took in IPhone 6 due to a charging problem and it was sorted within 30 minutes!!! Very, very impressed and delighted I wasn't going to have to splash out on a new phone. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Amazing service, rang up as my laptop had completely died, they said i could go drop in it the same day and they would look at it. Fixed and picked up within 30 minutes. Also offered advice on purchasing a new laptop. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service. Had a problem with trying to charge my Apple I Pad as the Charging cable wouldnt go in.I rang Had It and they said to to drop it off
and to ring back in a couple of Hours.
I did it was repaired at a reasonable price. I was so happy as I thought I would be having to purchase another
I Pad. Lots of safety precautions in the shop too.

All I can say is Wow!. My Macbook Pro needed a new screen due to an accidental drop whilst on a business trip. Went to my local Apple store and they told me that my Macbook Pro was too old and that they couldn't source the parts and suggested I bought a newer machine. My Macbook is only a 2013 model. Took it to these guys and within a week I had a new screen fitted and a 3 month warranty on the repair carried out. cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you.

My Macbook is several years old and was running quite slow due to its age. Went to various places around town who all advised me to purchase a new machine just so that they can get a quick sale. Took my machine to the guys at HAD-IT and they provided me with a cost effective solution by simply upgrading the hardrive to an SSD and by maxing out the RAM capacity. I am now confident that I can get a little bit more life span out of my old machine rather than forking out on a new Macbook. Just wish all retailers can adopt the same ideology that not all devices need to be replaced. Thank You HAD-IT will use you again if I need you.

Cannot praise the service received highly enough. I had cracked my screen and was having issues with the earpiece on my A70. The HAD-It team were superb from start to finish and would not hesitate in recommending them.
